The selected candidates will be trained for their duties in ICICI bank sales academy; here bank ensures that the applicants are well prepared with selling skills, product knowledge, and banking procedures and policies. Academy will train the candidates along with a certification in Retail banking Sales Management
Job Position: Junior Sales Officer
Job Description:
• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets for various products and services
• Cross sell of new products and service opportunities
• Responsible for Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the catchment area.
• Identify sale prospects and develop business activities in the area assigned to them
• Follow up on leads and referrals to generate business
• Follow different guidelines and procedures of bank
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve their queries and issues
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily sales report inclusive of calls and follow up calls
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Freshers
Eligibility: Refer Notification
Location: Across India
Remuneration: Not disclosed
